INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Vouched ("Vouched", "we", "our", or "us").

Vouched is a private matchmaking and dating introduction service where members are referred and vouched for by friends or trusted contacts.

By accessing or using our website, services, application forms, events, or matchmaking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

ELIGIBILITY

To use Vouched, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be legally permitted to enter into agreements under Australian law;
• Provide truthful and accurate information;
• Not be married, in a de facto relationship, or otherwise unavailable for a genuine dating relationship unless expressly disclosed.

We reserve the right to refuse membership at our sole discretion.

MEMBERSHIP AND VOUCHING PROCESS

Vouched operates on a referral-based membership model.

Applicants may be required to:

• Complete a detailed questionnaire;
• Provide recent photographs;
• Nominate friends, colleagues, or family members to vouch for them;
• Participate in interviews or verification processes.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Vouched.

We reserve the right to decline any application without providing reasons.

NO GUARANTEE OF MATCHES OR RELATIONSHIPS

Vouched does not guarantee:

• That you will receive introductions;
• That you will meet a compatible partner;
• That any introduction will result in a date, relationship, friendship, marriage, or ongoing communication.

Any relationship formed through Vouched is solely the responsibility of the individuals involved.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to:

• Treat all other members respectfully;
• Communicate honestly;
• Respect personal boundaries and consent;
• Maintain confidentiality regarding introductions and member information.

Members must not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
• Misrepresent their identity;
• Provide false information;
• Use Vouched for commercial, promotional, or fraudulent purposes;
• Share another member's personal information without consent.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Vouched conducts limited screening and verification processes.

However, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks unless expressly stated.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own safety;
• You should exercise caution when meeting people;
• Initial meetings should take place in public locations;
• Vouched cannot guarantee the conduct, intentions, identity, or background of any member.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

Membership fees, matchmaking fees, event fees, and other charges are displayed separately on our website or application materials.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, questionnaires, website content, text, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of Vouched.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information for matchmaking, verification, and service-related purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouched is not liable for:

• Any loss arising from introductions between members;
• Personal disputes between members;
• Emotional distress, disappointment, or relationship outcomes;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate membership at any time where:

• A member breaches these Terms;
• We receive credible complaints about a member's conduct;
• A member provides false or misleading information;
• Continued membership may negatively impact the safety or reputation of Vouched.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
