MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

At Vouched, we believe meaningful connections begin with trust, respect, and authenticity.
As a member of the Vouched community, you agree to uphold the following standards of behaviour.
BE HONEST
Members must provide truthful and accurate information throughout the application process and during their membership.
This includes:
• Personal information
• Relationship status
• Photographs
• Employment and lifestyle information
• Intentions for joining Vouched
Misleading or deliberately false information may result in suspension or removal from the community.
TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT
Members are expected to treat everyone with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
This includes:
• Respecting personal boundaries
• Communicating politely
• Being considerate of differing views and backgrounds
• Respecting another person's decision if they are not interested in pursuing a connection
RESPECT CONSENT
Consent is essential in all interactions.
Members must:
• Respect verbal and non-verbal boundaries
• Accept rejection gracefully
• Never pressure, manipulate, or coerce another member into any activity or interaction
PROTECT PRIVACY
Information shared through Vouched is confidential.
Members must not:
• Share another member's personal details without permission
• Publish photographs or private conversations without consent
• Discuss another member's involvement with Vouched publicly without their approval
COMMUNICATE WITH INTEGRITY
Members are encouraged to communicate openly and respectfully.
Members should:
• Be clear about their intentions
• Respond respectfully even when declining a connection
• Avoid ghosting where possible
• Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Vouched community
NO HARASSMENT OR ABUSE
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Intimidation
• Threatening behaviour
• Stalking
• Discrimination
• Hate speech
• Unwanted sexual advances
• Offensive or abusive communication
NO FRAUDULENT OR DECEPTIVE CONDUCT
Members must not:
• Create false identities
• Impersonate another person
• Misrepresent their circumstances
• Attempt to obtain money, gifts, services, or personal information through deception
MAINTAIN COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Vouched is a referral-based community built on trust.
Members are expected to uphold the reputation and values of the community both online and offline.
Conduct that brings the community into disrepute may result in membership review or termination.
REPORT CONCERNS
Members are encouraged to report behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct or raises safety concerns.

BREACHES OF THIS CODE
Where Vouched reasonably believes a member has breached this Code of Conduct, we may:
• Issue a warning
• Suspend membership
• Remove access to services
• Permanently terminate membership
All decisions are made at the discretion of Vouched and with the safety of the community in mind.
